...cancellation?

Cancellation policy for summer 2021:

  • You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 8 days before arrival! You will of course receive the deposit back in the event of cancellation or it will be credited for a new date if you change your booking.
  • With 7 to 5 days before arrival 50% and
  • from 4 days or later before arrival 100% cancellation costs are due, and 100% of the total travel price is due for non-arrival or late arrival as well as early departure.

Cancellation policy for winter 2021/22:

  • You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 14 days before arrival! You will of course receive the deposit back in the event of cancellation or it will be credited for a new date if you change your booking.
  • With 13 to 7 days before arrival 70% and
  • from 6 days or later before arrival 90% cancellation costs are due, and also 90% of the total travel price is due for non-arrival or late arrival as well as early departure.

No cancellation costs for the following corona situations:

In any case, you will not incur any cancellation costs if the following situations exist:

  • Lockdown of tourism in Austria or general lockdown in your or our country
  • Border closings (entry and exit bans from our or your country)
  • if you, or a family member living in the same household, tested positive for Corona when you planned to start your vacation
  • (Certificate required that is not older than 48 hours)

If you change your booking to a new date, the deposit will be transferred or, if you wish, we will transfer the deposit back to you.

We know from experience that individual cases often have to be dealt with separately and we are also happy to answer any specific questions you may have at any time. We can assure you that so far we have found a very good solution with all of our guests who had to cancel during this crisis.

… do i need travel insurance?

Absolutely! Because this is the only way to have 100% serenity if something comes up!
Even bevor Covid-10 we always recommended travel insurances. It’s quite easy for you while your booking the holiday. As of Ocotber 01, 2020, most of the important Covid-19 cancellation reasons are covered and you have also insured many other cancellation reasons. This is the only way you can be certain that all costs will be reimbursed in the event of a cancellation and you do not have to hope for goodwill on our part, which we cannot guarantee either. It is often not possible for us to resell a room at short notice. With travel insurance on your part, we also have no economic losses. Travel insurance is therefore helpful in many cases. Even if you hopefully don't need them, you are on the safe side and can look forward to your vacation in a relaxed manner.

Due to the current situation, we would like to point out that the most important reasons for Corona cancellation are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can read all the current information on this in the link.

Check-In / Check-Out?

On arrival day the check in is available at 3pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier you can chill in our hotel lobby or on the terrace or take a little stroll around. On departure we would ask you to leave your room until 11 am. If you want to stay longer you can still use the parking lot and the wellness area without extra charge.

Arrival after 6PM

If the reception is already closed (open between 8am and 6pm) we will deposit your room card at the back entrance in our key safe. You will receive your code and all the other information before arrival by mail. Please let us know about your late arrival at least 1 day in advance.

Prices & Childrens prices, local tax

Prices apply per night/person with the specified minimum-/standard occupancy excl. 1,50€ per night/person local tax from the age of 15. For some appartments exkl. final cleaning (depending on the size). Childrens prices are only valid with 2 full paying adults. We reserve the right to change prices, typographical errors or mistakes as well as changes of offers.

Are single rooms possible?

Yes for sure! But since our hotel does not have any single rooms we only offer single occupancy on request. The Weidblick suite or Apart Mini 30 are suitable and we will happily send you an offer.

Flexible meals?

Breakfast is always included in our suite prices – apartments can be booked with breakfast and smart kitchen everyday separately (please let us know until 10 am the day before for breakfast and 10 am the same day for our smart kitchen.) You can also book everything for your entire stay in advance. If you’ll eat out, we can reduce the amount from your bill (please let us know also by latest 10 am).

Take away & pastry service?

You are welcome to pre order your pastries and pick them up every day from 7:15 am with your “Weidenkörbchen”.

Herzkinder & Herzfamilien

Dear „Herzkinder“, dear „Herzfamilien“, all „Herzkinder“ until the age of 18 are staying at our hotel for free! Our heart teddy bears and we are looking forward welcoming you here.

Wellness area & pool & relaxation rooms

The saunas and the pool are open daily until 7pm. The sauna area, as well as the fitness room and the mixed used room are permitted from 14 years up. Please note: No wet clothes/human are allowed in the relaxation rooms.

Massage

You can make massage appointment with our independent masseuses at the reception – please pay the treatments directly in cash to our masseuses. If you can not keep an appointment please let us know at least 24hours in advance because otherwise we have to charge full.

Allergies/Incompatibilities

At breakfast you can help yourself according your taste. We always have gluten free pastries in our kitchen and will be happy to bake them fresh every day (please let us know in advance) Lactose free products are always at the buffet.

As we cook fresh and varied every day we display the menu of our Smart kitchen 8 days in advance. You can decide everyday whether the food corresponds to your wishes. If our kitchen serves dishes vegan, vegetarian or gluten free it will be marked. Our team will be happy to help if you have any questions. However we do not cook specially for your allergy/intolerance as we cannot rule out contamination with allergens in a large kitchen – despite our extreme care.

What about my pet?

Although we like animals very much we have decided for reasons of hygiene that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

You will automatically receive the information about your deposit in your reservation confirmation. After we have received your deposit on our account you will receive a deposit confirmation from us.

How can I pay at the hotel?

We accept cash, Maestro (EC CARD), credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). Please make enquiries about the limits of your cards. Skipasses and packages cannot be paid with credit card.

Stress free check-out

You are welcome to pay for the entire stay in advance by bank transfer before arrival or pay on the day before departure at the reception.

Can I buy the skipass at the hotel?

You can conveniently buy your skipass (up from 2 days) at the reception. Please note that we have to charge €3 in cash per ski pass (you will get this back after returning it) and that we only accept cash or EC card for the payment of the pass.

Cell phone time out! At least for the ringtone

Since we want to offer a pleasant holiday atmosphere to all our guests we ask you to turn your mobile phone or tablet in all public areas (lobby, terrace, garden, wellness,…) on silent and make longer phone calls in your room. Please also ensure that your children use headphones when playing games in public areas.

What about smoking?

Basically we are a non smoking hotel. We will not forbid anyone to smoke, but we also don’t want to coerce anyone with the smell. You can enjoy your cirgarette at your balcony (please close the door behind you) or on the designated area at our terrace.

We like our environment and try to protect it - you too?

We make sure that we buy regionally and as much organic as possible and that we have to throw away as little food as possible. Please help us with this too! We built our hotel with many natural materials and our “Weiden-Speeder” is an electric car. We also pay close attention to waste separation, to the well-dosed use of cleaning agents, avoid senseless amounts of laundry and do not buy any disposable products such as bath slippers.
