- 32 m² suite: bright and cozy, at lofty heights for 2 or for families with 1-2 children
- Solid wood furniture in spruce, with light-colored materials, carpeting
- Large window fronts
- large balcony with seating and panoramic mountain views of the Dachstein or the Tauern Mountains
- on the 3rd floor - south- or north-facing
- Box spring bed with high quality mattresses, desk, comfortable couch
- as well as a pull-out sofa suitable for up to 2 children up to 14 years
- Bathroom with shower, 1700 W hairdryer, towels and high-quality natural care products (shower gel / shampoo & soap)
- Toilet mostly separate (partly in the bathroom)
- Wellness bag, bath towels & bathrobes for all fellow travelers (Attention! Please take your slippers or flip flops with you from home. For environmental reasons, we have decided not to buy these disposable items with long transport routes.)
- Wifi
- Lockable locker for skiing& hiking equipment in our base camp

- All our apartments & suites are NON SMOKING AREAS
- No pets allowed.
- Some rooms in this category are also suitable for wheelchair (not certified!) users to a limited extent (on request)
